How long does the code take to arrive?
Usually within seconds of payment confirmation. It is emailed to you and also shown on your order page.
What if the code does not work?
Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will check it right away, then replace the code or refund you under our refund policy.
What is the difference between Saudi and US cards?
Each card only works on the store of its own region, so check your account region before buying to avoid a card that does not work for you.
Which payment methods are available?
mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay (payment will be enabled once our business registration is complete).
Can I get a refund after buying?
Because digital cards cannot be returned once the code is sent, refunds are only possible when the code is actually faulty. See the refund policy for details.
